I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were modern and clean, though it took a while to get the washing machine fixed. The hotel surprised me with birthday decorations, and everything looked great. The service was top-notch, from the friendly security guard to the accommodating restaurant crew and housekeeping staff. The location was superb, conveniently near the mall and within a safe area. The dining experience could have been better with more food choices, and the additional charge for breakfast was disappointing.
